Rome from Tiber River!!
Culture, Featured — By clara on January 24, 2012 11:35 amIn Visit-Bcn we adore travelling differently so this time we propose you to discover Rome sailing in the river Tiber. It’s a not an overcrowd way to find the beauty of the city.
The trip around Rome is astonishing!! You come across the emblematic buildings such as Sant Angelo Bridge, Tiberina Island or Risorgimento Bridge and much more monuments without walking; just sitting on the boat staring the fabulous views. Moreover, in the majority of the boats you have the chance to savour traditional dishes and wines.
It’s actually a different alternative to meet Rome without hurries.
In Visit-Bcn we also suggest you to accommodate in the Appia Rental Apartment; a holyday rental apartment up to 5 people with two bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, there is a sofa-bed available in the living-room.
The kitchen is totally equipped, so is the bathroom or the wide living-room. We should also mention the idyllic location of the apartment, beside the Celimontana Park where a famous summer jazz festival takes place.
Close to the holyday rental apartment Appia you can come across the important buildings of the ancient Rome such as the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, The imperial Forum, San Clemente Church or Caracalla.
It’s the perfect apartment for the perfect holydays in Rome!
