If you come to Barcelona stopover in Antoni Gaudí’s work is a MUST. The most emblematic and well-know building is undoubtedly the Sagrada Familia, still in construction. In Visit-Bcn we don’t want you miss the occasion to be surprise with his work of art inspired in nature, so we recommend you our holyday rental apartment Descartes.

The construction of Sagrada Familia started in 1882 by the architect Francisco de Paula del Villar, but in 1883, Gaudí was asked to continue with the plan and he design the building. The temple has 18 towers: 12 dedicated to the apostles, 4 to the evangelist and the other ones to a Jesus and Maria.

After the death of the greatest architect of the history, others architects continue the work that is supposed to end before 2050. We should mention that the renowned building only grows up thanks to anonym donations and tourists’ entrances.

Come to Barcelona and visit this colossal work of art while you stay in our rental apartment Descartes, with 35 square metres, and with completely outdoor views. In addition, Descartes apartment has the services of direct pone line, air conditioning/heating and free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, you have the possibility to obtain in previous request other services such as: ironing board, iron, hair dryer and microwave.

We should say that the main importance of that apartment is that its well communicated because it’s close to Muntaner Ferrocarils Stop. With that train you will be able to move around the city and sightsee the most important and beautiful places of Barcelona.
