The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests with 2 double sized beds located upstairs, one in the master bedroom and the other located in an alcove of the upstaris hallway, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the spacious living room downstairs. The apartment has a full bathroom upstairs and an additional half bathroom with a toilet downstairs. And since it is one of the seven apartments in the same building, feel free to ask our booking team if you can rent more than one flat if you are traveling with a bigger group. Calle Tamarit is a quiet and pretty street running through the south Eixample and Sant Antoni districts of Barcelona. The area was constructed in the nineteenth century, and many of the apartments retain much of their original character and charm. Although the neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, it is only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the Barcelona city centre. Nearby is the local market of Sant Antoni, where you are sure to find a cheap discount bargain and delicious Spanish food. Here, there are vendors selling everything from the latest trends in fashion to fresh produce brought in from the farms in the Catalonia countryside. There are also a number of international and Spanish restaurants in the area, and even more bars and cafés close by, each with their own individual character and theme, where you can spend the night with friends sipping a glass of Spanish wine or a freshly prepared pa amb tomàquet– a Catalan specialty that everyone has to try.
