Unser modernes Dachgeschoss-Apartement / Ferienwohnung "Blueberry Hill" in der Mitte von Berlin bietet ideale Aufenthaltsbedingungen und Komfort für Ihren Urlaub oder Arbeitsaufenthalt.
Wir bieten Ihnen eine fast komplette Infrastruktur für nahezu alle Wünsche. Unser „Blueberry Hill“ ist sonnig, hell und sehr sauber. Es ist auch sehr leise und es gibt keinen Lärm oder störende Geräusche. Sie vergessen in unserem Apartement, daß Sie im Zentrum einer Großstadt wohnen.
Das Apartement ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Zur Not können auch 5 bis 6 Personen untergebracht werden.
Neben dem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 2,00x1,60m) können 2 weitere Personen im Wohnraum auf einem hochwertigen Schlafsofa (Fa.Hukla) mit Lattenrost untergebracht werden. Durch die Sondermaße (2,10m x 1,65m !) ist es für besonders große Personen geeignet. Die Couch verfügt über eine Relaxfunktion für gemütlichen Fernseh- oder Kaminabende.
Das Blueberry HIll ist verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig zu allen Highlights von Berlin gelegen. Es stehen alle Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung.
Das Apartement wurde modern, gemütlich, ausgefallen und besonders eingerichtet. Die geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung und die Möbel unterscheiden das Blueberry Hill von vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen.
Das Apartement wurde Ende 2008 komplett nach aktuellstem Stand der Bau- und Haustechnik fertiggestellt. Ein hervorragender Wärme- und Kälteschutz (KfW60+) sorgt für wohlige Wärme im Winter und kühle Tage im Sommer.
Das Apartement liegt im Dachgeschoss (5.Etage) eines typischen Berliner Altbaus von 1899. Das Umfeld ist ein typischer Berliner Kiez. Sie finden viele Kneipen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es befinden sich mehrere kleine Parks mit Spielplätzen in der direkten Umgebung und vor dem Haus, die aber keinen Lärm verursachen. Die Straßenzüge sind herrlich grün mit großen, alten Bäumen gesäumt.
Der Badesee "Plötzensee", mit klarem Wasser und Badestrand, ist nur 20 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Spree ist ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die beidseitigen Uferpromenaden laden zu einer interessanten Fahrradtour durch das Berliner Zentrum ein.
Sie werden die herrliche Ruhe in unserem Apartement "Blueberry Hill" genießen. Es ist sehr hell und sonnig.
Auf 72qm finden Sie geräumige, großzügige Räume.
Eine moderne, große Wohnküche ist halboffen und mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Ein ausklappbarer Küchentisch bietet bis zu 6 Personen Platz. Die Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein L-Schreibtisch mit den wichtigsten Büroutensilien, die ebenfalls inklusive sind. Hier können Sie arbeiten. In unserem naheliegenden Büro (5 Gehminuten) stellen wir unseren Gästen einen hochwertigen Farbdrucker und PC-Arbeitsplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Es gibt ein schönes Bad mit sehr großer ebenerdiger Dusche (ca.1,20x1,40m) und Sitzgelegenheit. LED-Farbdusche.
Es wurden auschließlich hochwertige Baumaterialien verwendet. Echtholzparkett, Granitfliesen, Glasfliesen, Ökologische Farben usw..
In jedem Raum sorgt die Fußbodenheizung (Fernwärme) mit individueller Steuerung in jedem Zimmer für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Schluß mit "Fußkälte".
Für die Zwischenjahreszeiten und für die Gemütlichkeit gibt es einen einfach zu bedienenden automatischen Holzpelletofen mit Kaminfeuer.
Dieser sorgt selbst für die größten "Frostbeulen" für schnelle und angehme Wärme und für ein schönes Licht.
Farblich abgestimmte, energiesparende LED-Leuchten sorgen für indirekte und interessante Beleuchtungen.
Auf der großen Südterrasse (3,70m x 2,50m) können Sie Freunde einladen, Frühstücken und abends grillen.
Die bunt bepflanzten Blumenkästen werden automatisch bewässert. Sie müssen sich um nichts kümmern.

Our modern styled rooftopapartement "Blueberry Hill" is placed in the center of Berlin and gives you best chances to visit the hotspots of the town.
You may use our apartement for your holidays and as well for your business trip in town.
We offer you a nearly complete infrastructure for nearly all your needs. The “Blueberry Hill†is very sunny, comfortable, very calm and also very clean. We take very good care of a good condition.
The apartement is suitable up to 4 persons, but it can accommodate also 5 or 6.
Beside the bedroom you can accommodate another 2 persons on the sleepingcouch in the livingroom. The sleepingcouch is of high quality with kingsize (2,10mx1,65m) and offers also a relaxfunction for cosy evenings at the fireplace or tv.
The Blueberry Hill is placed perfectly close to the highlights of Berlin. All transportation systems are available ( underground, bus, railway, taxi, car....) to reach your places of interest.
The apartement is modern equipped, cosy and special. It is different to most of other apartements.
The apartement was completely built new end of 2008. It was built with highest standards and therefore offers you perfect isolation against heat in summer and cold climate in winter. This is not common for rooftopapartements.
The Blueberry Hill is in the roof on 5th floor of a typical old "Berlin Altbau" of 1899. The surroundings offer the typical "Berlin Kiez" atmosphere and livingstandard. You will find pubs (Kneipen), bars and restaurants around. You can walk.
There are some parks with playinggrounds for children around, but which do not cause noise. You find nice old and big trees in the streets around.
There is a lake "Plötzensee", just 20 minutes to walk, where you can take a bath. There is a sandy beach and the water of the lake is clear.
You might also join the paths alongside the river Spree, very close by. Take an interesting bicycleride along to the Reichstag and other spots in the city.
You will enjoy the calmness of our apartement. It is very light and sunny.
72 sqm offer you comfortable rooms. The kitchen is huge and is connected with the livingroom. The foldable table in the kitchen can be used for 6 pax. The kitchen offers everything for your needs.
A workingdesk in the bedroom can be used for your businessworks. You will find some officeutensils included. Beside we offer a free workingplace in our office nearby (5 minutes walk), where may use our fast and highquality colourprinter and a pc with internetflatrate.
There is a nice bathroom with a big showercompartement (1,20x1,40m) including a small seat.
We only used high qualitiy materials for builing the apartement. In every room you have a seperate under-floorheating for a comfortable climate in your rooms.
Our fully automatic pellet fireplace gives you a cosy atmosphere and heats up your apartement very quickly to high temperates as needed at any time. You might enjoy it also on cold summer evenings.
You can join your breakfast or barbecue on the huge terrace (3,70m x 2,50m). It is built to the south.
You have a lot of flowers on the terrace. An automatic watersystem give water to the flowers. No need to care about the flowers for you.
There is Wlan and an internetflatrate included. As well a phoneflatrate to 25 countries worldwide (USA, Australia, France ...). But not to mobilnumbers !
You will really like our apartement. It is fully equipped and of high quality.

Usted puede utilizar nuestro apartement por sus dÃas de fiesta y también para su viaje de negocios en ciudad. Le ofrecemos una infraestructura casi completa para casi todas sus necesidades.
El apartement es hasta 4 personas convenientes, pero puede acomodar también 5 o 6. Al lado del dormitorio usted puede acomodar a otras 2 personas en el sofá del sueño en la sala de estar. El sofá del sueño está de alta calidad con gigante (2,10m x 1,65m) y ofertas también un relaxfunction por tardes acogedoras en la chimenea o la TV.
La colina del arándano se coloca perfectamente cerca de los puntos culminantes de BerlÃn. Todos los sistemas de transporte están disponibles (subterráneo, autobús, ferrocarril, taxi, el coche….) para alcanzar sus lugares del interés.
El apartement es haber equipado, acogedor y especial modernos. Es diferente la mayor parte de a otros apartements. El apartement era totalmente nuevo finales construido de 2008. Fue construido con las mayores niveles y por lo tanto le ofrece el aislamiento perfecto contra calor en verano y clima frÃo en invierno. Esto no es común para los rooftopapartements.
La colina del arándano está en la azotea en el 5to piso de un viejo tÃpico “BerlÃn Altbau" de 1899. Los alrededores ofrecen el tÃpico “BerlÃner Kiez" atmósfera y nivel de vida. Usted encontrará los pubs (Kneipen), las barras y los restaurantes alrededor. Usted puede caminar.
Hay algunos parques con los patio para los niños alrededor, pero que no causan ruido. Usted encuentra árboles viejos y grandes agradables en las calles alrededor.
Hay un del lago “Plötzensee" apenas 20 minutos a caminar, donde usted puede tomar un baño. Hay una playa arenosa y el agua del lago está clara. Usted puede ser que también ensamble las trayectorias junto a la juerga del rÃo, muy cercana cerca. Lleve un ruta de la bicicleta interesante adelante el Reichstag y otros puntos en la ciudad. Usted disfrutará del calmness de nuestro apartement.
Es muy ligero y asoleado. oferta 72sqm usted cuartos cómodos. La cocina es enorme y está conectada con la sala de estar. La tabla plegable en la cocina se puede utilizar para 6 pax. La cocina ofrece todo para sus necesidades.
Un escritorio en el dormitorio se puede utilizar para sus viaje de negocios. Usted encontrará algunos officeutensils incluidos. Al lado de nosotros ofrecemos un workingplace libre en nuestra oficina cerca (caminata de 5 minutos), donde puede utilizar nuestro colourprinter rápido y de la alta calidad y una PC con el internetflatrate.
Hay un cuarto de baño agradable con un ducha grande (1,20 x 1,40m) incluyendo un pequeño asiento. Utilizamos solamente los altos materiales qualitiy para builing el apartement.
En cada sitio usted tiene calefacción por el suelo separado para un clima cómodo en sus cuartos.
Nuestra chimenea completamente automática de la pelotilla le da una atmósfera acogedora y calienta para arriba su apartement muy rápidamente a los altos temperates como necesidad en cualquier momento. Usted puede ser que goce de ella también en tardes frÃas del verano. Usted puede ensamblar su desayuno o barbacoa en la terraza enorme (3,70m x 2,50m). Se construye al sur.
Usted tiene muchas flores en la terraza. Un system automático da el agua a las flores. Ninguna necesidad de cuidar sobre las flores para usted.
Hay Wlan y un internetflatrate incluido. También un phoneflatrate a 25 paÃses por todo el mundo (los E.U., Australia, Francia…). Pero no a los mobilnumbers !
Usted tendrá gusto realmente de nuestro apartement. Es totalmente equipado y de alta calidad. Los dueños están viviendo en la misma casa y están disponibles para todas sus necesidades. Ofrecen una gama enorme de diversos servicios. Apenas pregunte lo que usted necesita.
