Our incredibly stylish Tamarit D3 apartment is the perfect choice for a group of friends or a family visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona. What makes this apartment so special is that it is spread over two floors, which is rare in a modern European city. This two story apartment is very luminous and it is so comfortable that it will feel just like home! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 double sized beds located upstairs, one in the master bedroom and the other located in an alcove of the upstairs hallway. There’s also a very comfortable double sofa bed in the spacious living room downstairs. Since it is one of the seven Tamarit apartments in the same building, feel free to ask our reservation department if you can rent more than one flat in case you are traveling with a bigger group. This will make your stay in the city even more convenient, as all of you are accommodated in the same house! The inside of our Tamarit apartment is completely modern. The polished mosaic floors are absolutely stunning and along with the simple white decoration, give a respectful nod to the traditional aspects of a Spanish apartment. Calle Tamarit is a quiet and pretty street running through the south Eixample and Sant Antoni districts of Barcelona. The area was constructed in the nineteenth century, and many of the apartments retain much of their original character and charm. Although the neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, it is only a few minutes walking to the vibrant area of Las Ramblas. Nearby is the local market of Sant Antoni, where you are sure to find a cheap discount bargain and delicious Spanish food. Here, there are vendors selling everything from the latest trends in fashion to fresh produce brought in from the farms in the Catalonia countryside. There are also a number of international and Spanish restaurants in the area, and even more bars and cafés close by, each with their own individual character and theme, where you can spend the night with friends sipping a glass of Spanish wine or a freshly prepared pa amb tomàquet – a Catalan specialty that everyone should try.
