This apartment is very luminous since it is completely glass surrounded by big and plentiful windows. It is located in the 3^rd floor of the building, accessible by elevator, and has a private car garage at the surcharge of 10€ if needed. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, living and dinning room. The luminous and elegantly decorated living room contains a big sofa bed, a 40 LCD-TV, Cable TV, CD Radio, Wi Fi Internet and a dinning table suitable for 4 persons. Furthermore there is an American kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A sliding door then leads to the bedroom which has a king size bed and a balcony, facing to a big luminous inside patio. The apartment has a little luxurious bathroom with shower and marble floors, and towels and linen are provided free of charge. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of 4 guests and a 3 nights minimum stay. But in case you are a big group or a family of more than 4 members, also in this building you can find apartments Park 1, Park 2, Park 3, and Park 5, so feel free to ask our booking department whether you can rent them together. This way you can enjoy your holiday more by staying all together in the same building!
