This charming second floor apartment with staircase access has been renovated in 2007. It has a good sized living and dining area with a double sofa bed and this area can be closed from the rest of the apartment. This self catering rental comes with a fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a modern bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five persons. The first bedroom contains a double bed and wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom containing bathtub with shower, hand basin and bidet. The other bedroom has a single bed and a closet. Other amenities of the apartment include a refrigerator, oven, bed linens, washing machine, and much more!
There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking over the roof tops of the Barcelona city.

This apartment is located between the Borne and Gothic quarter, a really quiet area, and is just a few steps away from the Paseo de Colon. The convenient neighborhood also has a range of shops and restaurants, on a nice pedestrian street. In addition, it is just a short walk to Barceloneta Beaches, where you will enjoy amazing landscapes, and no more than 10 – 15 min walk to the heart of the city and the famous Las Ramblas. From there, you can access the whole city and enjoy the best Barcelona has to offer.
