The Cosmopolitan building has been completely renovated in 2008 and provides all the amenities you could ask for in a designer apartment; elevator, WIFI, AC and heating, TV with DVD player, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

This spacious 3 bedroom Barcelona luxury apartment with typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to 8 people. 2 bedrooms have double beds (1 x 140 cm and 1 x160 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. All apartments are perfect to stay with a family or a group of friends. The Area

This perfect, central location is within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona city centre and has easy access to the metro system. The nearest stop is Liceu, just metres away from the apartment. Most of Barcelona’s cultural gems are within walking distance, on of the closest being the little known medieval university building in El Raval. Entered into through a gothic archway, this beautiful sunny courtyard is surrounded by ancient buildings dating back to the middle ages. Complete with a fountain, statues and a café, this picturesque spot is perfect for city sunbathing.

On the other side of Las Ramblas is the even older district of Barrio Gotico, which in it’s original form was the Roman settlement of Catalunya. Still today it preserves some of it’s attractive historical features, visible in the small wiggly streets and cobbled walkways and squares. Also in this area are a large number of gothic churches and Barcelona’s cathedral.
