In the heart of Barcelona, on a side street off the famous Ramblas, our newly renovated Cosmopolitan 4B apartment will give you a true Cosmopolitan feeling. This spacious luxury apartment has four twin bedrooms, and can be suitable for ten people. There is a double sofa bed in the spacious and luminous living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms both with showers!

And since it is one of the many apartments we are renting in the same building, feel free to ask our booking team if you can rent more than one flat if you are traveling with a bigger group. The newly renovated Cosmopolitan building has all amenities you could ask for in a designer apartment; elevator, WIFI, AC and heating, TV with DVD player, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and much more! The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the local neighborhood.

This perfectly, centrally-located apartment is within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona’s city centre and its gorgeous historic surroundings. Most of Barcelona’s cultural gems are within walking distance, one of the closest being the little known medieval university building in El Raval. The entrance being a gothic archway, this beautiful sunny courtyard is surrounded by ancient buildings dating back to the middle ages. Complete with a fountain, statues and a café, this picturesque spot is perfect for city sunbathing. On the other side of Las Ramblas is the even older district of Barrio Gotico, which in its original form was the Roman settlement of Catalunya. Still today it preserves some of its attractive historical features, visible in the small wiggly streets and cobbled walkways and squares. Also in this area are a large number of gothic churches and Barcelona’s Cathedral. All the sights in the old historical center of Barcelona can easily be reached by foot in a couple of minutes; but the apartment is also right by a metro station that can take you to all of the other city parts and tourist attractions like the famous Gaudí buildings and his Sagrada Familia!
