The apartment is newly renovated, and part of a block of vacation lets which means that we can easily accommodate larger groups. It would be perfect for a family reunion or wedding function, as the apartment block can accommodate up to seventy six guests. Another new addition is a lift, taking guests directly to the apartment.

This cosmopolitan apartment provides you with all the amenities you could ask for WIFI, AC and heating, TV with DVD player, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. This spacious two bedroom holiday attic apartment with typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to 6 people. One bedroom has two single beds and the other a double bed. In the living room is a double sofa bed. Take the stairs which will bring you directly to your private terrace with the best view of the city, where you can dine in the warm Indian summers with the glow of the Barcelona city lamplights for candles.

The Area

Right in the touristic centre of Barcelona, this accommodation provides easy access to all of Barcelona’s touristic attractions. Near by is the art gallery square of El Raval, comprising of three leviathan buildings, including a converted church that make up two of the most formidable names in modern and contemporary arts in Barcelona. There are films, exhibitions and workshops held regularly there. Barcelona has some of the best shopping in Europe, and from the designer high end shops of Passeig de Gracia or the local vintage stores of El Raval, there will no doubt be something for everyone.

If something a little more cultural is up your street, then there are regular performances in many of the nearby playhouses, including the world famous Liceu Opera House, where singers from around the world come to perform. This is contrasted by the social street entertainers that can usually be found around the Liceu area of Las Ramblas, right next to the local Barcelona metro station.
