This 3 bedroom apartment maintains its original structure: high ceilings, wood beams, mosaic floor and original windows of XIX century. This Barcelona apartment for 6 people has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen with dining area, hall and living room with views. The large kitchen is equipped with: a fridge, washing machine, full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a juicer. The living room has two sofas and a round dining table for six people. There is also a TV and a HI-FI. This Barcelona apartment comes with Internet/WiFi.

The en suite bedroom is very sunny and has nice views from the balcony. It has a double bed and a big modern bathroom with a large shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, also very bright with a spacious bathroom with bath. A cot is available for a baby of 0-24 months, upon request.

The Area

This beautiful and quiet Barcelona apartment is situated in the centre of the Gothic District of Barcelona in a building which dates from 1836. It has beautiful views of Casa Marti, a Neogothic building by Architect Puig i Cadafalch, mostly known as the famous café-restaurant "Els 4 Gats" (the 4 Cats) in Barcelona. Important artists of the beginning of the century shared social and literary gatherings in The Café. The visit of Els 4 Gats is a must during your stay in Barcelona. This building is included in all the modernist route tours.

Barrio Gotico is one of the oldest areas in Barcelona. It has been in the centre and hubbub since the roman period. Barrio Gotico has been preserved in its present form since the early 19th Century, but still retains much of it’s medieval charm, noticeable in the quaint and rambling streets around Barcelona’s cathedral and various other religious monuments. An excellent alternative for a Barcelona weekend.
