The apartment is one of two, (the other is Harbour View I) that are side by side, both of them can be rented separately, or together, by a group of between four, six and eight.

The main lounge has a large four seater sofa, satellite TV, DVD and large french windows leading on to the small balcony which has amazing views over the port. Situated on Paseo de Colon, with views of the Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy El Borne, which is full of great cafes, bars and restaurants. The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are also plenty of cafés and bars. From the apartment, guests can look upon a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.
A 200€ deposit is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
