Built in the classic ‘modernista’ ( art nouveau ) style this apartment shares the same central location as our other apartments, being a 15 minute walk from the Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. High ceilings, elegant doors and windows are combined with a contemporary kitchen and modern bathroom and ensuites. The decorative encaustic tiled floors are a striking feature, each room having a distinct design. Following the exterior corner location of the building the apartment looks out onto both Tamarit and Rocafort, its three balconies affording excellent views of the surrounding area.

Since it’s on the top floor the apartment is very bright and airy, and at 115 square metres in area it’s the most spacious of our apartments. The immediate area around the apartment is alive with shops , bars and restaurants serving the local people and dominated by the Mercat Sant Antoni, one of the city’s best markets. This location offers all the advantages of local living, the ‘real’ Catalunya, while being centrally located for the architecture, museums, beaches and nightlife Barcelona is famous for.

Please note that the apartment is on the fifth floor and has no lift, and as such it may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
