Our recently renovated, luxurious attic apartment Sant Pau in Barcelona has been beautifully decorated with wooden floors and very modern furnishings. Situated at the top, the 9th floor, of an elegant Eixample building, this gorgeous apartment provides views across the whole of Barcelona city centre. The loft has three bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with a single bed each. The spacious and luminous living room has a television and DVD Player and a comfortable modern sofa bed. There is also a large dining table for some typical Spanish “cena”. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator and microwave and all the cooking utensils you might need for your stay. The apartment also has a washing machine and air-conditioning, But without a doubt the best part is the wonderful sun-terrace with amazing views of the city, such as Montjuic Mountain, Tibidabo Mountain, Placa Catalunya and even the Sagrada Familia. With lounge chairs and abig table, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner with privileged views of the Barcelona skyline.

This part of Eixample where the flat is located is one of the best situated in Barcelona. In between Parallel, the beautiful area of Montjuic, and Las Ramblas, the whole of the centre of Barcelona is accessible from this diverse location. Completed at the end of the nineteenth century, the area is focused upon the Sant Antoni Market, which is the perfect place to pick up a sample of the local Catalan groceries for your vacation home. There are also numerous independent shops and restaurants in the area. Being one of the most multicultural zones in Barcelona city centre, there will be more to choose from than just Catalan cuisine. Just a short walk from the Sant Antoni area, you are right by many cultural sights situated in El Raval and next to Las Ramblas. These include Barcelona’s modern arts centre, and also next door, the contemporary centre of art. The flat has the perfect location, and since you are only a few minutes walking distance from the metro station, you can easily reach other parts of the city and famous tourist attractions in just a couple of minutes.
