The apartment is on the fourth floor of an early 20th century building, with elevator. It has two bedroom, a master with double bed en-suite with bath and shower over, WC and sink; it also has a long walk in closet. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed which provides for two single beds and has a wardrobe. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with full size oven, fridge freezer, washer and dishwasher. There is a second bathroom with a shower. The living room overlooks a typical Barcelona Eixample patio, usually very peaceful and quiet and with sun most of the day. There is a double and a single sofa bed in the room. The apartment has air conditioning, gas central heating and WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
