Our modern and stylish designer apartment Viana 3-2 is in the very centre of Barcelona, and, newly renovated, offers the maximum luxury. The flat features two bedrooms; the master suite has a large double bed, and the second bedroom two comfortable individual beds. If there are six guests in the apartment, the sofa in the living and dining area can be substituted as a comfortable second double bed as well. And since it is one of the many apartments we are renting in the same building, feel free to ask our booking team if you can rent more than one flat if you are traveling with a bigger group. This will make your stay in the city even more convenient, as all of you are accommodated in the same house!

The décor in Viana is minimal but inviting and the open plan spacious relaxing space is perfect for those hot, humid Barcelona summer days and offers you to unwind. Everything you see in the apartment is new, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area has been provided with all the utilities you might need for an enjoyable stay in your holiday home in Barcelona like a coffee maker, fridge/freezer and a table for all the guests. There is also WI-FI provided, as well as a television – ideal for the business traveler who needs to keep connected at all times.

Our Viana apartments have the perfect location in El Raval, an exciting and up and coming zone in Barcelona. It is very close to the city centre while the area around Sant Antoni Mercado remains a relatively peaceful location for accommodation. The area was constructed in the nineteenth century, and many of the apartments retain much of their original character and charm. Although the neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, it is only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the Barcelona city centre.
Plus it has plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants to keep visitors busy for days. Here you can spend the night with friends sipping a glass of Spanish wine or a freshly prepared pan con tomate with chorizo– a Spanish specialty that everyone has to try. Also nearby is the San Antoni market place where vendors from all over the city come to sell their wares. There you will find everything from cheap, inexpensive clothes to local Catalan cheeses, meats and ready-to-eat specialties. All the other tourist attractions in the old historical center of Barcelona like the Cathedral, the Ramblas, the Boqueria and Plaza Catalunya can easily be reached by foot; but the apartment is also right by a metro station that can take you to all of the other city parts in just a few minutes!
