1. What is Visit Barcelona S.L.?
Visit Barcelona S.L. is a company from Barcelona owned and managed by Simon Pont. Our vision is quite simple to build a one stop shopping place for all apartment accommodations that Barcelona has to offer from simple and inexpensive studios to large 3 bedroom apartments close to the Rambla overlooking the city. Today we own and manage more than 60 apartments in the best locations of Barcelona and have achieved the No 1. position in our field.
2. Yes I am interested in offering my flat , but what makes your company so special?
Service and dedication! We are a company that is driving hard to provide first class,100 % service to our now more than 3000 guests per year, and super high occupancy rates and very good return rates to our apartment owners. We not only provide 12 h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year customer service, but also a night emergency service. We meet all incoming guests directly at the apartments and spend a lot of time on the check ins and have prepared detailed information ranging from local maps to tour, restaurant and shopping guides. Most important of all is that we care deeply for every guest who is entrusting us with his holiday or business trip and we are here to help with any possible (and impossible) problem.
3. What is your plan for advertising and marketing?
Our company is now the No 1. provider of private apartment accommodation in Barcelona and our website www.visit-bcn.com and others are the TOP LISTED sites for Barcelona apartments on ALL major search engines!! We have achieved what others can only dream of, wherever you look for any form of short time rental space in Barcelona our site will be within the top 10 listings from Yahoo to Google and from Altavista to Hotbot.
4. What service do we offer to a participating property owner ?
We no longer offer simple listings on our site but only accept exclusive listings of fine properties in the center of BCN, the apartments must be well located and equipped and the owner must agree to our high standards of customer service.
