1. Wat is Visit Barcelona S.L.?

Visit Barcelona S.L. is a company from Barcelona managed by Marc Gordi. Our vision is to offer one place for all apartment accommodations that Barcelona has to offer from simple and inexpensive studios to large 4 bedroom apartments close to the Ramblas overlooking the city. Today we own and manage more than 90 apartments in the best locations of Barcelona and have achieved the No 1. position in our field.

Service and dedication! We are a company that is driving hard to provide first class, 100% service to our now more than 15.000 guests per year, and super high occupancy rates and very good return rates to our apartment owners. We provide 12 h a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year customer service. We meet all incoming guests directly at the apartments and spend a lot of time on the check ins and have prepared detailed information ranging from local maps to tour, restaurant and shopping guides. Most important of all is that we care deeply for every guest who is entrusting us with his holiday or business trip and we are here to help with any possible (and impossible) problem.

3. Welke service bieden we aan de eigenaren?

We no longer offer simple listings on our site but only accept exclusive listings of fine properties in the center of Barcelona, the apartments must be well located and equipped and the owner must agree to our high standards of customer service.
